YLW series thermic fluid heater is a square coil horizontal grate grate assembly boiler, chain grate and boiler body are separated from the factory. The boiler adopts a chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, is equipped with a drum and an induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and is equipped with a slag removing machine to realize mechanical slagging.

Combustion process

1.When the heat transfer oil boiler is running, the fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate for combustion.

2.The high temperature flue gas is reflected by the rear arch to the furnace before entering the furnace, and after radiant heat transfer through the radiation heating surface, the convection heating surface is convected.

3.The heat exchange then leads to the waste heat boiler, then enters the air preheater, and finally enters the dust collector.

4.After the dust is removed, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.
