Horizontal and low pressure SZL double-drum coal/biomass/wood chips steam boiler for garment and laundry
Features
1. Original mode water wall structure. Compared with the
traditional structure, this structure has the characteristics of
large heat transfer area, good conduction effect, low heat loss,
good air tightness, no deformation of the furnace wall, and no ash
leakage.
2. Extended grate design. The front and rear shafts of the grate
are lengthened, so that the fuel can be more fully burned, and the
effective area of the grate is increased, and the boiler has a
strong overload operation capability.
3. Strong adjustment performance. The boiler adopts segmental air
supply and has good sealing performance, which can effectively
control the air supply volume in each combustion stage and achieve
the best adjustment of combustion effect.
4. High thermal efficiency. The company uses a tube wall and a cast
iron economizer to further reduce the temperature of the exhaust
and improve the efficiency of heat utilization.
5. The overall assembly and delivery of the factory saves the
user's installation time, reduces the installation cost of the
user, and improves the efficiency of the boiler.
6. The boiler adopts aluminum silicate and centrifugal glass wool
as insulation materials, which have good heat preservation
performance, light weight and convenient transportation and
installation.
7. The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a fire-catching
hole device, and the lower part is provided with a cleaning device
for easy maintenance and maintenance.
8. The manufacture and design of this series of boilers are carried
out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T16508.4-2013 "Boiler
Shell Boiler Part 4: Manufacturing, Inspection and Acceptance",
which fully complies with the national standard.

General standard
1. Atmospheric pressure boiler paint, packaging should comply with
JB/T1615-1991 "boiler paint and packaging technical conditions"
provisions.
2. The water quality of atmospheric boiler feed water and pot water
should meet the requirements of GB1576-2001 Industrial Boiler Water
Quality.
3. Pipeline installation shall comply with GB50235-97 "Construction
and Acceptance Specifications for Industrial Pipework (Metal
Pipeline)" and GBJ242 "Warm Heating
And Sanitary Engineering Construction and Acceptance
Specifications".
4. No valves shall be installed on the atmosphere communicating
pipe and between it and the boiler.
5. Boiler smoke and dust emissions shall comply with the provisions
of GB13271-2001 "Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards".
6. The boiler noise shall comply with the provisions of
GB12348-1990 Noise Standards for Industrial Enterprises.

Fault diagnosis and processing system features
1. Steam pressure over-limit protection: When the steam in the pot
is over-pressure, the control system immediately enters the
equipment to stop working, and the sound and light alarm is given.
The screen displays “Vapor pressure is extremely high”. Until the
fault is eliminated, press the reset button to cancel the alarm
state.
2. Water shortage protection: When the boiler has a low water level
failure due to pump failure or other reasons, the control system
immediately turns off the burner power supply, enters the
interlocking state, sound and light alarm until the fault is
eliminated, and then press the reset button to cancel the alarm
state.
3). Boiler water level over-limit protection: When the water level
is higher than the upper limit warning water level, the sound and
light alarm. Prompt "the water level in the pot is too high", the
display prompts drainage, and the pump starts to drain. The fault
is automatically restored after the fault is eliminated, and the
pump stops working.
