Product Features
1. Special materials such as threaded pipe and arched plate make the operation of the boiler safer and the combustion efficiency higher.

2. The optimized furnace makes the fuel more adaptable.

3. The combustion system consists of a water-cooled vibrating grate plus a graded air supply system. The chain type vibration grate specially designed for coal-fired steam boilers periodically vibrates when the fuel is burned, which not only ensures the full combustion of the fuel, but also controls the residence time of the fuel, so that the grate is not easy to be slag on the sheet. The grate drive unit adopts a full set of imported equipment and frequency conversion control. The product has many years of operating experience, high reliability and long service life.

4. According to the different stages of fuel combustion, the graded air supply can control the air volume of each level, which can achieve good combustion effect, prevent the occurrence of coke corrosion of the furnace, and effectively discharge lower pollutants.

5. The welds are all automatically welded, which can effectively improve the service life of the boiler. The plate adopts advanced pressing technology to solve the problem of plate cracking to the greatest extent.

6. The advanced three-layer insulation technology is used for the refractory layer, the insulation layer and the sealing layer from the inside to the outside. The refractory layer is composed of refractory clay bricks, which improves the high temperature resistance, and the sealing layer adopts the overall seamless seal. This kind of thermal insulation structure can minimize heat loss and improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler.
