Boiler design features:
1. According to the principle that the furnace heat radiation
amount and temperature are proportional to the fourth power, the
company optimizes the heating surface of the boiler during design,
so that the total heat absorption of the wave furnace is large and
has good expansion and contraction.
2. The boiler adopts an axisymmetric return structure. The high
temperature flue gas collects in the front smoke box, and the
temperature of the rear smoke box is very low. The boiler body is
directly insulated with insulation material, which reduces
maintenance costs. The integrated front smoke box is designed with
double doors and is simple in structure for easy opening,
operation, operation and maintenance.
3. The boiler uses aluminum silicate and centrifugal glass wool as
insulation materials, which have good thermal insulation
performance, light weight and convenient transportation and
installation.
4. The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a fire-catching
hole device, and the lower part is provided with a cleaning device
for easy maintenance and maintenance.
5. The manufacture and design of this series of boilers are carried
out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T16508.4-2013 "Boiler
Shell Boiler Part 4: Manufacturing, Inspection and Acceptance",
which is fully symbolized by the national standard.

Protection measures for boiler deactivation
When the boiler is shut down for a long period of time (more than
one week), the steam system must be operated hydrophobically to
keep the system dry through the air. Dry air enters through the
main steam valve and is discharged from the bleed and trap.
Nitrogen protection is required after the boiler is dried. Nitrogen
enters the boiler system from protective valves and lines on the
main steam line.
1. Shutdown protection measures for low pressure circulation system
If the low pressure air preheater and the low pressure flue gas
cooler circulatory system are hydrophobic, the interior also needs
to be dry. Dry air enters from the deaerator and is discharged from
the bleed and trap.
2. Protection measures for the flue gas system
- When the boiler is shut down for a long time, the flue gas system
must be cleaned. The flue can be cleaned with a high pressure air
stream from the air preheater to ensure that the heated tube
surface is dry.
- After the boiler has been out of service for more than one month,
consider filling the flue with dry air to protect the heated
surface.
- Protective measures for each component
When the furnace is shut down for a long time, different boiler
components need different protection, movable parts should be
inspected, and electronic and electric equipment should be heated
and maintained frequently.
