6tph Gas Fired Steam Boilers description
1. The WNS series of pressurized horizontal fuel (gas) hot water
boilers are horizontal internal combustion wet back shell boilers.
Its main structure consists of a shell, a furnace, a rotating
chamber, and a pipe. Imported burners are available for a variety
of gas and liquid fuels.
2. The main body of the boiler is manufactured, inspected and of
excellent quality in strict accordance with JB/T7985-95 "General
technical conditions of pressure-bearing boilers".
3. The flue gas process adopts a three-return arrangement, a
wet-back structure with full butt welding, and a large heating
area.
4. The inner tank is corrugated bile (or straight furnace), the
rotating box is an asymmetric eccentric structure, and the
convection section is inserted with a turbulent flow to optimize
the smoke path.
5. It is equipped with a high-quality imported burner (low NOx
burner). The harmful components in the flue gas are lower than the
national standard (NOx emissions are less than 400mg/m3) and are
environmentally friendly products. Pressure atomization, (fuel)
combustion is complete, low noise, safe and efficient, and
environmental indicators are in line with national requirements.
6. The venting port can be equipped with a condensing heat
exchanger (optional), and the water vapor in the condensing flue
gas absorbs the latent heat of condensation, thereby improving the
thermal efficiency of the boiler.
7. The boiler body operates under pressure and adopts dual signal
control of pressure and temperature, which has no hidden dangers.
8. Adopt advanced touch screen controller, digital prosecution
system, with timing control, work record, leak detection alarm
function, and add factory time lock.
9. The boiler operation realizes automatic control, the outlet
water temperature is automatically adjusted, the boiler automatic
ignition program is started, and a variety of alarm interlocking
protection devices are provided to ensure efficient, safe and
reliable operation of the boiler.
