Machine Introduction

SED-120P-H Easy-Break Blister Packaging Machine is used for forming, filling and sealing packaging of liquid and paste materials. The finished product can be broken open with only one hand, and the material can be squeezed out.

This machine completes forming, film pre-cutting, material filling, sealing, die cutting and finished product output in an automatic process. It is suitable for sauce, perfume, cosmetic, oral liquid, honey, etc., which is convenient to carry and use.

1. It is controlled with PLC, and the speed is regulated with servo motor.

2. Film feeding, plastic forming, filling, sealing, batch number printing, impressing, and die cutting can be completed automatically by program.

5. Liquid contact part adopts high quality stainless steel, GMP-compliant.

6. Main pneumatic components and electrics adopt imported brand.

7. There are two types of electronic peristaltic pump automatic control system and mechanical filling, with high filling accuracy.
