Machine Introduction

It is an updated counting machine, and the materials that need to be counted and filled for this machine are interchangeable quickly (one machine is for multiple usages). The machine is equipped with a high-speed and high-efficiency hygiene and cleaning functions, reducing the labor force to the large extent. Besides, it can be installed fast and easily, greatly improving the productivity. In particular, it is used to count and fill soft candies and the materials with sticky and soft texture.

Working Principle

The bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt blocks the transferred bottle at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The material falls into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and is counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle at the bottling position.

Uses a 3-stage adjustable vibrating platform on the counting head to assist in controlling the speed of capsule count output.
Strong compatibility: it can count tablets (including special-shaped tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent, opaque), pills and fill them into bottles. It is used for various medicines and can change the material quickly, achieving multiple usages under the action of one machine.
Vibration blanking: 8 channels vibrate and discharge materials evenly and smoothly, without causing damage of material. It is possessed with high-speed and high-efficiency hygiene and cleaning functions, which means that it can be cleaned quickly after dismantling the vibration plates when finishing production. Particularly, the remaining material with sticky feature can be cleaned fast and thoroughly by dismantling the vibration plates.
Anti-dust system: adopting our company's anti-dust photoelectric sensor technology, it can work stably even under high dust conditions.
Accurate counting: equipped with photoelectric sensor technology to enable high accurate capsule counting and detection in bulk.
High degree of intelligence, with multiple detection alarm control functions such as no bottle no counting, self-diagnosis, etc.
Innovative detection for tilted bottle and bottle jam: When the bottle is detected at the filling position or the bottle is blocked at the output port, the machine will automatically stop counting until the situation is eliminated.
The machine is equipped with a touch screen for easy operation.
There is no need to change molds when user changes the counting object.
