Operation Procedure

This machine replaces manual packaging and realizes packaging automation for large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises. The operator only needs to put the prepared bags one by one and place hundreds of bags at the bag taking part of the equipment at a time, and the mechanical grip of the equipment will automatically take the bags, print the date, open the bags, signal the metering device, measure, feed, seal and export. It can also add detailed functions such as door opening emergency stop, automatic card throwing, exception elimination and other functions according to product packaging requirements. The whole process of packaging does not require manual operations, which improves production efficiency, saves labor costs and management costs, and greatly reduces costs.

Suitable for paper-plastic composite, plastic-plastic composite, aluminum-plastic composite, PE composite. The low loss of packaging materials, the prefabricated packaging bags are used, the packaging bag patterns are perfect, and the sealing quality is good, thus improving the product quality. It can also be used for multiple purposes in one machine. It can realize automatic packaging of granules, powders, lumps, liquids, soft cans, toys, hardware and other products only by matching different measuring devices according to different materials.

Work process

1. Load the bag, use the horizontal bag method, and send it to the machine clip (no bag alarm)

2. Open zipper + coding (ribbon detection, stop alarm when the ribbon runs out, touch screen display)

3. Upper bag opening + lower bag opening (open bag detection, no material blanking if the bag is not opened)

4. Unloading (detection: material is not filled, heat-sealed is not sealed) + pallet vibration

5. Dust cleaning (dust cleaning of bag mouth)

6. Reserve

7. Heat sealing one (detection: no heating, no heat sealing; need to customize the heat sealing knife) + exhaust
