Product Overview of Washing Machine

SED-16CXP Automatic Drum Type Bottle Washing Machine is mainly suitable for bottle cleaning of round or special-shaped bottles of various materials of 10-200ml.

After the bottle is ultrasonic, washed once and washed twice, the remaining water droplets in the bottle are refined by high-pressure gas, which is called "three water and one gas" for short.

1.Clean air: On the basis of ultrasonic pre-washing, the equipment uses a needle tube to perform two water (one tap water, one purified water) and two air flushes (depending on specifications and cleaning requirements) on the bottle mouth.

2.Specific materials: All parts in contact with liquid on the machine are made of 316L stainless steel and non-toxic and corrosion-resistant materials.

3.Environmental sealing: All working areas are sealed with transparent plexiglass to prevent pollution from the external environment, and meet the requirements of pharmaceutical production GMP specifications and verification.
