Technical advantages
(1) Discharging system
1)Fixed type. There are no rotating parts, and no friction particles will be
generated to contaminate materials.
2)End-face transparent sight glass. It is convenient to observe the discharging situation and adjust
the discharging speed at any time.
3)A separate washing sprayer is installed in the system, which can
realize CIP and SIP.
(2) Main transmission system
1)The outlet of the traditional large rubber stopper washing
machine has a tugboat that supports the front section of the
equipment (to improve the overall force balance). The new rubber stopper washing machine adopts a dual-axis
structure, which effectively avoids friction between the equipment
and the supporting tugboat during operation.
2)The overall removal technology of the main washing tank is
adopted to effectively keep the entire tank clean. It is mainly used during large-scale equipment maintenance.

Risks of traditional hot air circulation system
1)The internal temperature of the circulating air duct cannot
achieve the effect of dry heat sterilization when it is around
200°C.
2)The position between the high efficiency and the air inlet valve
cannot be filtered by high efficiency or steam sterilized, and
there is a risk of secondary contamination of the sterilized
materials.
3)Most efficient hot air use compression sealing, which may cause
leakage risks if improperly operated.
4)High-temperature and high-efficiency leak detection is much more
complicated than air filter leak detection and is inconvenient to
operate.
5)Taking the traditional hot air circulation rubber stopper washing
machine as an example, the power of the heating tube is about 30KW,
the running time of each batch of hot air is about 2 hours, and the
power consumption is relatively large.
Traditional electric heating:
Heating with plate heat exchanger completely solves the above
problems:
1)The air filter can be sterilize simultaneously with the pipeline
to achieve online sterilization, avoiding the risk of
contamination.
2)Using 226 fins is more convenient to replace
3)Leak detection process is easy to operate
4)Relatively low energy consumption
