The machine is a low volume, bench top automated deblistering machine designed specifically for recovering short runs of valuable and fragile product from all types of blister packs including capsules, softgels and tablets from PVC/Aluminum blisters.

The machine uses simple, low-cost tooling that is easy to change over and prevents product damage and contamination. It is designed specifically for short production runs and multiple product changeovers

Empty finished blisters which have been rejected from the packaging line because of empty pockets, poor seals, incorrect batch coding etc. The good product can then be re-packaged to increase yield and reduce wastage costs.
