SED-3800J-I automatic capsule filling machine is designed to
separate, fill, and lock hard capsules, which is an advanced
product with high output and multi-function. It features good
sealing, variable frequency speed regulation, simple operating
system, high probability of capsule loading, accurate filling,
small footprint, low energy consumption, high output, low noise and
small vibration. Installed the corresponding mold, the machine can
fill 00#~5# hard capsules and corresponding safety capsules.
This machine is innovatively designed with a new transmission
mechanism to make its operation more stable and effectively solve
the problem that the powder is easy to stick to the powder filling
rod. This machine has excellent configuration: its reducer, cam
indexer and electrical components are selected from international
famous brands.
Functions
The intelligent HMI monitors the online status of each station. The
PLC prompts the working status of the main motor, vacuum pump,
feeding motor, door, etc., the material level of capsule hopper and
powder hopper, the actual quantity of finished products, the
qualified rate of finished products, and whether the operator has
wrong operation through the touch screen with alarm information.
Using a comprehensive management system with three-color alarm
lights and information prompts.
This machine reserves a communication port, which can realize the
connection with the computer and adapt to modern production
management.

Features
- Low energy consumption, high output, the maximum output of the
SED-3800J-I is 3800 capsules per minute (module: 27 holes, filling
times: 140.7 times per minute), and the stable output of normal
production is above 3400 capsules per minute.
- It is driven by Taiwan Saifu Precision Machinery’s cam indexer,
with small vibration and low noise during high-speed operation.
- Using a new transmission structure, with the advantages of simple
structure, stable transmission, low noise and easy maintenance. The
rotating parts are fully enclosed, with good lubrication
conditions, and the working surface is free of oil and pollution,
making the working surface cleaner, avoiding cross-contamination
with drugs, and shortening the working time for cleaning the
machine.
- The six sets of filling holders are surrounded by stainless steel
plates, which not only effectively prevents the dust from leaking
out of the powder chamber, but also makes the filling mechanism
safer and more beautiful in appearance.
- The electrical components adopt well-known brands such as Germany's
SIEMENS, Japan's IDEC, France's SCHNEIDER, etc., and the control
system is safe and reliable.
- No material, no working feature: The machine will automatically
shut down when the hopper is lack of material. Buzzer alarm and
automatic shutdown when there are no enough empty capsules.
- Using German Siemens’ touch screen and PLC, which can display the
output per minute, cumulative output, dynamic empty capsule and
powder status, alarm prompt for lack of capsule and automatic
shutdown for lack of powder, fault diagnosis prompt, and can add
the communication port (connected with the computer operation
network).
- Innovative transmission mechanism: Most of the filling cams of
capsule filling machines on the market use cams in single-sided
grooves, which generate a large punching force during high-speed
movement, resulting in poor stability of the whole machine and
directly affecting the filling accuracy. This machine has
innovatively designed double-sided grooved cams of mechanical
transmission. The double swing lever mechanism of the double-sided
groove cam makes the transmission more stable, improves the
stability of the upper and lower module movement and filling
accuracy, and improves phenomenon that the module T-shaft is easy
to jam powder.
- A powder homogenizing device is installed in the dosing plate
assembly to drive the powder to run, increasing the fluidity
between the powders with poor fluidity, which can effectively
control the dose difference within ± 3%, and improve the qualified
rate of the product.
- Die hole cleaning device is added to the tenth station. The device
has a tappet that can be stretched up and down which is a hollow
rod. The upper part of the tappet is connected to the ventilating
rod. The upper part of the ventilating rod is provided with an air
outlet. The lower part of the tappet is connected to the air source
through a valve. When the machine is working, the tappet stretches
up and down inside the die hole to clean the inner wall, so that
the powder is not adsorbed on the inner wall of the die hole of the
module. There is no need to stop the machine for cleaning, which
improves the working efficiency.
- Powder collector: The powder spilled under the dosing plate during
filling is sucked and collected separately by the powder collector
through an independent pipe. It can be manually poured back into
the hopper after a certain amount of powder is collected, which can
reduce the waste and loss of powder.
- Convenient mold replacement: The mold replacement is positioned
through the positioning holes, and the positioning accuracy is
high; the mold replacement is fast, the operation is simple, and
the cleaning is convenient.
