12-36V DC JYQD-YL02D (updated version of JYQD-YL02C) brushless motor controller for wheelchair,hub motor,electric
scooter,electric skateboard,etc.
JYQD-YL02D is the new model of JYQD-YL02C, the newest model is
JYQD-YL02D!!!
It has four versions for your choice, please choose the right
version you want when you place an order
JYQD-YL02D(8559) direct start version has NO LOCK function,(linear speed regulation 0-5V,liner brake:0-5V)
JYQD-YL02D(457E) direct start version has NO LOCK function,(linear speed regulation 0-2.5V,liner brake:0-2.5V)
JYQD-YL02D(99F2) safety start version has LOCK function.(linear speed regulation 0-5V,liner brake:0-5V)
JYQD-YL02D(C737) safety start version has LOCK function.(linear speed regulation 0-2.5V,liner brake:0- 2.5V)
Safety start: if you use a knob~style potentiometer to adjust the
speed, if the potentiometer not rest to 0 before stop,the motor
will direct start according
Important reminder:
1:Different Hall effect sensored BLDC motor has different Hall
wires sequence, please do well-match before onload drive.
2: Add heatsink if the power more than 100W and keep good heat
dissipation conditions for the board.
Application notes:
1. Confirm that the voltage and power parameters of the motor not
exceed the range of the driver board as specified.
2. This driver board is used for 3-phase brushless sensorless
motor, but not suit for all 3-phase brushless sensorless motors
directly.The
hall angle should be 120 degrees.
3. The brake function of JYQD-YL02D is reactive brake.The motor
turns the brake to produce energy for recycling.Please don’t use
the brake function when testing with a regulated power to avoid
damage driver.
4. The 5V output port on the driver board,can be controled by the
Single-chip Computer with the current lower 300MA.
5. Pleasse pay attention to the insulation and heat dissipation
about the driver board.
6. Safety start function:If the speed regulation is not in right
place or the speed rehulation is invalid after power-on, please
make the speed regulation or brake reset can be ok.

5V--Driver board internal output voltage,can provide external
current<300MA.
2EL--Brake control port,reactive and linear brake with energy
recovery function,analog voltage brake 0-5V.In the case of constant
speed+, the higher the braking voltage, the greater the braking
force 0-100%.
2M--Motor speed pulse signal output port,the pulse frequency is
proportional to the motor speed.(The pulse ratio is related to the
motor)
2Z/F--- Rotating direction control ports. Connect “5V” high level
or no connect is Forward direction, connect 0 V low level or
connect to GND is reverse direction.
2VR--Speed control port.Analog voltage speed regulation 0V-
5V(0-2.5V),Linear speed adjustment from low to high.connect
with GND when input PWM speed regulation.
GND--Used for Drive board internal control.

7. Use shielded wires if the drivers board has more than 50cm
distance from the motor, otherwise it may lead to abnormal driving,
affecting the normal use.
8. Pay attention to the heat dissipation if continue working with
the max. Current.
