(HBN) is converted into cubic boron nitride (CBN).
2. Then cubic boron nitride micro-nanocrystal powder and binder
were synthesized into polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN)
under high temperature and pressure.
PCBN is chemically inert and will not react with ferrous metals at
high temperatures

3. Used for processing hardened steel
4. Used for processing difficult materials, such as: superalloy,
tungsten carbide, etc.
Processing materials: For ferrous metals with extremely stable
chemical properties, hardened steel (45-60HRC), bearing steel
(60-62HRC) high-speed steel (>62HRC) tool steel (57-60HRC),
chilled cast iron out and fine turning, can be realized to replace
grinding, greatly improve processing efficiency.
Processing life: fracture toughness, high hardness and toughness,
good wear resistance and strong collapse resistance.
