PCD polycrystalline diamond rough thrower and ND natural diamond

The tool is composed of natural diamond (PCD) fine thrower, with
good polishing effect and fine grain.
With mature grinding technology and excellent chip removal
performance, it can finish polishing dozens of plates at one time.
It is the first choice for organic plate batch polishing, edge
grinding, high efficiency, high yield and high brightness.
It is mainly used for ultra-precision mirror processing of red
copper, copper alloy, gold, silver, rhodium and other precious
non-ferrous metals, as well as special parts, such as video disk,
optical plane mirror, multi-surface mirror and quadric mirror,
etc.But its crystal anisotropy, tool price is expensive.It is
mainly used for turning and processing all kinds of non-ferrous
metals such as aluminum, copper, magnesium and their alloys, hard
alloys and fiber plasticizer, metal matrix composites, wood and
other non-metallic materials with strong wear resistance.
The cutting speed, feeding speed and cutting depth conditions
depend on the material and hardness of the workpiece.
1. The hardness of PCD is up to 8000HV, which is 8~12 times of the
hard alloy;
2, the thermal conductivity of PCD is 700W/mK, 1.5~9 times of hard
alloy, even higher than PCBN and copper, so PCD tool heat transfer
quickly
3. The friction coefficient of PCD is generally only 0.1~0.3(the
friction coefficient of cemented carbide is 0.4~1), so PCD tool can
significantly reduce the cutting force;
4. The thermal expansion coefficient of PCD is only
0.9×10^-6~1.18×10^-6, which is only equivalent to 1/5 of the
cemented carbide. Therefore, the PCD tool has low thermal
deformation and high machining accuracy.
5. The affinity between PCD tools and nonferrous and nonmetallic
materials is very small, and the chips are not easy to bond to the
tip during the processing, forming chip deposits.
