Product descriptions
1. The center spacing of flat steel is 12.5 ~ 30, 32.5, 40, 60, 80,
90mm, etc. 30mm is recommended.
2. Rod spacing, 30 ~ 170mm optional. It is recommended to use
100mm.
3. Flat steel shape marking:
F- indicates that the section is flat steel of flat shape (which
can be omitted in the marking);
S- represents a toothed flat steel section;
I- denotes "I" type flat steel section.
4. Surface treatment marks:
G- stands for hot dip galvanizing (may be omitted in marking);
P- for paint;
U- means no surface treatment.

Hot dip galvanizing is the steel grating plate (also known as steel grid plate) parts immersed in molten zinc bath, forming zinc coating on its surface process and method.The thickness of flat steel is in the range of 3 ~ 5mm, and the average thickness of galvanized layer is about 70μm.In the range of pH 6 ~ pH 12.5, the surface of the galvanized layer forms a stable protective film with good corrosion resistance.
