Design features
The imported mass flow is used to control the volume flow of the
gas for binary mixing and proportioning. At the same time, the
hydrogen analyzer is equipped to monitor the concentration of
single or multiple gases of the mixed gas on-line to ensure the
proportioning ratio. The proportion of the mixed gas can be set at
will within the maximum range of the analysis of the hydrogen
analyzer, which is simple, convenient and intuitive.
Control mode
The well-known brand programmer and touch control are used to
display the matching process, matching ratio, working pressure,
alarm parameters and other information in real time, so that the
search becomes simple and clear. The program controller and mass
flow controller are used for communication control to ensure the
accuracy of proportioning. At the same time, the equipment is
equipped with a manual operation display to manually adjust the
proportioning ratio.
Main components
1. The inlet mass flow controller is the control mechanism of the
system, and its action is directly controlled by the actuator. It
is the key component of the mixing ratio of hydrogen and nitrogen.
2. The imported hydrogen analyzer is the detection mechanism of the equipment (the small flowmeter is the flow controller of the hydrogen analyzer), which displays the hydrogen percentage content in the proportioned gas and converts the hydrogen percentage content into a 4-20mA current signal.
3. Intelligent display regulator; It is the controller of the equipment, which compares and calculates the current signal of the hydrogen analyzer with the set value, and converts the calculation result into the 4-20mA current signal required by the actuator.
4. The intelligent display regulator has the mixed gas concentration alarm output.
5. Mixing tank (304); Mix hydrogen and nitrogen to make a small buffer.
6. Proportioning flowmeter; Display the real-time flow of the mixer. Pressure controller; There is alarm output for nitrogen pressure, and the helium inlet is closed to ensure that the hydrogen concentration at the working point will not exceed the standard.
