Intro:

RS-901K can cut and form , kink radial components lead, It is specially do front-rear kink. This components forming machine is suitable for various loose and tube-packed radial components, E-caps, LED, etc. Cutting and forming can be finished at same time. It is suitable for big quantity lead forming. Fast speed and save labor.

Machine can not detect polarity. For E-caps and LED, it needs manually to put components into track for feeding and cutting.

Suitable:

• For kinds of radial components, such as bridge, E-caps(manuall put components), CBB capacitor, etc
• Can bend lead to 90 degrees, front-rear side kink, cut leads only,etc
• Feeder bowl and forming tool can be customized as per components.

High accuracy. Shortest to 3MM.(Need to be customized for even shorter length)
