Operating principle:

Compress the glue into the feed pipe connected to Piston Chamber by conpressing air into the glue botton(injector). When the piston is in the upstroke, the piston chamber is filled with glue.And When the piston is pushed down, the glue is extruded from the needle nozzle. The dispensing glue amount is decided by the distance of piston downstroke. The gule dispensing amount can be controlled by manual adjustment or by setting the program.

1. Glue dispenser is applicable for all kinds of glue. Dispensing liquid such as oil paint and printing ink needs to equip additional high- capacity pressure barrel to reduce glue changing time.

2. Big scale workstation can place multiple products,which is more efficient. Workstation can be customized according to the size of product.

3. Full-automatic dispener can dispense through 3D & 4D path. It can quickly draw dots,line circle and all kinds of irregular figures on the surface,vertical plane,gap and spherical surface.

4. Graphics import or machine screent edit,easy to operate with high precision.
