Advanced Material Construction

Our airbags feature a robust structure of outer rubber layers, multi-layer synthetic tire cord layers, and inner rubber layers, vulcanized to perfection. Additional cord layers reinforce the shoulder ends for superior strength.

1. Synthetic Tire Cord Layers

Reinforcement Core: Made of rubber-coated synthetic tire cord fabrics, layered at ideal angles using our patented "Holistic Wrapping Technology" to evenly distribute stress and withstand internal pressure.

Specifications:

Materials: 1400 dtex/2 or 1400 dtex/3 synthetic tire cord fabric.

Density: Over 95 cords per 100 mm width.

Breaking Strength:

1400 dtex/2: 215 N/cord (vs. ISO 14409: 205 N/cord).

1400 dtex/3: 313 N/cord.

2. Inner and Outer Rubber Layers

Function: The outer layer protects cord layers from abrasion and external forces, while the inner layer ensures airtightness. Both meet rigorous international standards:

Our inflatable airbags are cylindrical with conical ends and air inlet fittings, categorized by bearing capacity into three types:

1. Type & Model

QP (Ordinary): 3-5 cord layers for standard loads.

QG (High-Bearing): 6-8 cord layers for heavy-duty applications.

QS (Superhigh-Bearing): 9+ cord layers for extreme loads.
Example: QG6/1.5x15 = 6 cord layers, 1.5m diameter, 15m length.
