Introduction

The Super Cell Rubber Fender represents an advancement over the ordinary fender type and is the most widely used fender globally. Its circular mounting base contributes to making it an exceptionally stable fender option. One of the notable features of the Super Cell Rubber Fender is its high energy absorption per unit weight. Additionally, among all compressed fender types, it exhibits the least change in compression performance. Our JSC super cell fenders are offered in a wide variety of sizes, ranging from 400H to 3000H. In front of the super cell fender system, a frontal frame is always installed. The frontal frame consists of a steel panel and a UHMW - PE Facing Pad. This setup significantly reduces the face pressure on the ship panel and also decreases the friction coefficient.

Initially established as Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbag Factory in 1988 and changed to Qingdao Luhang Marine Airbags and Fenders Co.,Ltd in 2011, Qingdao Luhang had been devoted itself to developing and manufacturing marine airbags and marine fenders for more than 2 decades.

The factory area is 56,000m² with building area of 21,000m². The company has registered capital of USD 3 million and fixed asset of USD1.2 billion. We have a full line of production equipment: rubber mixing machine, rubber roller machine, the China biggest vulcanization tanks, the biggest Press Inspection Machine, EVA foam processing machine, Foam shaping machines and SPUA spraying machine.
