Rubber layers
The out side rubber layer that covers the outside of rubber airbag
to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces.
This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to
withstand any condition and hard usage.The inside rubber layer
seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.
The cord layers are made of synthetic tire cord which commonly used
on tires, that hold the internal pressure and distribute stress
evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement for the
airbags.
Flexible balloon like an elastic cushion, it make the hull in the process of launching free pitch, keep the bottom has a larger contact area, makes the stress of the hull very ease, so that the hull structure, on the surface of the paint (coating) will not be damage.
Performance Calculation Principle of Airbags
The bearing capacity of marine airbags was calculated based on the
working pressure, contact area. Herein, working pressure was got
upon the burst pressure and safety working factor.Because of the
flexibility of marine airbag the contact area will be affected by
some terms which include the carried ship condition, the different
position from gravity center during the process of ship launching
and pulling. So the bearing capacity of airbags will vary as well
as the contact area.

Air bag for a long time without or reused after repair, should be light air test. Air pressure is the same value from our factory test, test the inspection personnel should be at least 3 meters away from the airbag, large area of damage after repair of airbag, should be appropriate to reduce the working pressure. In addition, the use of airbags, a the inspection should be done every year.
