Description:

The Leakage Index Tester And Test Device IEC60112 Tracking Index Test Apparatus is used for electrical products under the influence of moisture and impurity environment. The electric leakage between different polar parts or between the live parts and the grounded metal parts may cause leakage of insulation, and the arc generated may cause breakdown of the electric appliance. Short circuit or material corrosion caused by discharge, and even ignition caused a fire. This test instrument is a destructive test for the insulation material to simulate the above conditions, to test and evaluate the relative tracking resistance of the insulator under the action of the electric field and the impurity-containing water under the specified voltage. The leakage tracking tester is suitable for electrical and electronic products, solid electrical insulation materials for household appliances and their products, such as relay sockets, transfer switch covers, contact body and so on.

Proof Tracking Flame Tester is a fully automatic instrument contained in its own cabinet to maximize the safety of the operator. Inside the well lit cabinet, a test specimen is placed on a glass plate and two platinum electrodes are lowered onto the top surface .
