How to place the order to us?

Step 1.Quoting Price:
Please provide us the specifications of the products you want to purchase from us (size, material, printing, picture, quantity, or other requirements). The more details you provide for the costing, the better price you can get from us.

Step 2. Artwork File:
Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.

Step 3. Pre-production Sample
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.

Step 4: 30% deposit

Step 5. Mass Production
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.

Step 6. Inspection
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

A:If you order the notebooks without customization,the price is accurate.If you need to custom logo or custom the whole notebook,we will resend you an accurate price after get your detailed requirements.

Q:How can i get the accurate price?
A:There are some basic specs we need to know for price calculation:Quantity,Size,Products Style,Material&Color Printing(You can chose the sample in our shop for reference),then best price will be sent to you!

Q:Can you do the design for us?
A:Yes.Our professional design team have rich experience in this field.Just tell us your idea then we will turn your ideas into reality.

Q:How long is the mass production time?
A:Normally 7-12 days.Rush order is available.

Q:Can i get a sample before mass production?
A:Of course.We will make the pre-production sample for your quality evalution.The mass production will be started after get your confirmation on this sample.

Q:How long can i get this sample?
A:After all the details confirmed,sample time is 3-5 days and shipment takes 3-5 days by express as well.

Q:Can the sample fee be refunded?
A:Yes.Normally once you confirm the mass production,we will refund the sample fee to you.But for the specific situation please contact our sales before sample-making.
