Pls send us the artwork file if you have.
Don't worry if you don't have an artwork file, as we also have our designers to assist you for your design artworks.

Step 3. Pre-production Sample
We normally need 5 - 7 days for making a pre-production sample for you to approve.

Step 4: 30% deposit

Step 5. Mass Production
We are having experienced merchandizer to follow your order producing status for you. You may ask our sales for taking pictures for you during each process.

Step 6. Inspection
-Customer's inspections are welcomed for in-line checking or final checking;
-3rd party inspection (ex. ITS, BV, LF, CTI...);
-Our Shanghai Office always will have QCs to do in-line inspection and final inspection.

FAQ

1. What about your samples policy?
- If that's our first cooperation, we will collect samples fee, if has order, will refund the fee to you.
- Samples' arranging time is usually 1-10 days for normal items.
2. How about the Leading time?
It depends on the order quantity. From 5-45 days according to the order quantity and delivery way.
3. What about the payment term?
-We accept T/T at sight, L/C at sight and PayPal and so on. Before the beginning of production, we would like to accept the deposit from 30%-100% of the total amount, and collect the balance before the shipment.
4. Can you make customized products?
- Yes, please kindly offer us details for what you want.
5. Can I know the production tempo of my order?
Yes, you will receive a formal production schedule from us to let you know every step from us for production, when there is any change from us unexpectedly, we will also negotiate with you as earlier as we can.
6. How about the sales-after service?
Your comments including all the people from our side and products quality are always welcomed. If there are any quality problems of the products, please negotiate with our sales reprehensive first to solve the problems first, if they could not be well solved by our sales, please directly phone our manager.
All the claims complaints from you, we will offer a settlement as earlier as we can and will not be later than one month by fax or e-mails.
