Description
We have our own factory equipped with assembly line. We have our self-hold casting factory, machining factory, worm factory and painting factory, those in whole make sure smooth supply of our products- slewing drives.
We also have sound stock management, so make it possible to realize a short delivery times. Sample lead time in one week, new developed model, 45~60 days. If in bulk, our normal lead time is 30~60 days.
The following points should be taken into account to choose the proper series slewing drives for each application. There are three types of slewing drives, horizontal slewing drives, vertical slewing drives and dual axis slewing drives.
- The output speed. The recommended output speed is in 0.1 rpm for solar tracking system
- The working temperature. The standard working temperature is between -40℃~70℃. If having special application demand for the temp, we can customize.
- Installation method. The slewing drive can be used both in horizontal and in vertical position. The horizontal type can be installed both vertically and horizontally, if your application need install the horizontal slewing drive vertically, pls consult our engineer.
- The output torque. Each slewing drive have its limit load. We will do testing on each type of slewing drives. When choosing a slew drive, pls tell our engineer some information about your system like the load on the slewing drive, and the gravity distance so that we can make recommendations.

Application
Slewing drives can be widely used for solar tracking system, CPV, CSP, HCPV, wind turbines, concentrated solar power stations, heliostat, tower heating, parabolic, fresnel, satellite antenna dish. Slewing drives can be also used on construction machinery, truck cranes, harbor machinery etc. Those products are designed for long life, working in hard environmental conditions.
Packaging and Shipping
Inner Packaging: anti-rust plastic film ; vacuum plastic bags.
Outer Packaging: hard carton; wooden case ; wood pallet.
Shipping Term: by express; by air; by land; by sea.
For samples, since the slew drive is with small dimension but heavy weight weight, it's not cost effective shipping by sea while the express shipping the cost-effective way, our logistitic staffs will asked TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, to compare the express price in order to find the most cost effective way.
If in bulk order in the future, we recommend ship by sea.
Note:
Express: door to door, just need to pay the import tax if required by the custom.
By air or by sea: factory to destination airport/sea port, need pay destination fee charged by the airport(the destination fee is always charged by per B/L regardless of the package is big, small, heavy or light, in gerneral 200~400 USD per cargo) and import tax if required by the custom.
By train: sometimes the shipping price is the same as sea but taking less shipping time than sea, we will take this shipping way into consideration if the goods are in urgent need by our clients.
