SDE9 50Mn / 42CrMo Material Dual Axis Solar Tracker With Electric Planetary 24VDC Motors
Description
The slewing drive is a gearbox that can safely hold radial and
axial loads, as well as transmit a torque for rotating. The
rotation can be in a single axis, or in multiple axes
together.Slewing drives are made by manufacturing gearing, bearings,
seals, housing, motor and other auxiliary components and assembling
them into a Únished gearbox.
Slewing drive is widely applied in modular trailers, cranes, timber
grab equipment, aerial working platform, solartracking systems wind
power systems, etc.
slewing drive is suitable for high-latitude areas and the eÜciency
of power generation will be increased over 35%,which signiÚcantly
improve the effciency of solar power generation system.
For horizontal single-axis solar tracking system, the main shaft of
solar panel will adjust the angle to precisely track the
declination angle. This kind of slewing drive is only applied for
low latitudes area.
By adopting slewing bearing as its core component, slewing drive
can bear axial force, radial force and tilting moment
simultaneously. Slewing drive is widely applied in solar tracking
systems.
The solar tracking system is divided into horizontal single-axis
solar tracking system, tilted single-axis tracker and dual axis
solar tracking system.
The slewing drives which are used in solar tracking systems are
mainly single axis (SE series), dual axis (SDE series) and vertical
type (VE series). And the most common used models are SE3, SE5,
SE7, SE9; SDE3, SDE7 , VE7, VE9.

How to choose the proper size of slewing drives?
Choosing a proper size of the slewing drives in order to avoid from not only performance lack or performance surplus is play an important role in achieving cost effective solutions.
Please give us the following information in order to select a suitable slewing drive:
1. the application
2. the output toque required. If you do not have a clear idea of that data, just tell us the load, for example, the weight of panels and the mounting brackets on our slewing drive.
3. the load dimensions and the biggest wind in your area in the past 10 years which are used to calculate if the drive we recommended could bear the maxium load when there comes the big wind.
4. the output speed you required which will help us to recommend the suitable motors for you.
5. other informations such as backlash, IP grade demand etc
