Descriptions :

PVC, EVA, PE new type of waterproof material have high performance of anti-permeability, water-proofness, thermo-stability and cryogenic property, high strength and elongation also have the characteristic of aging resistance, are widely used for waterproof in building roof of industry and civil construction, underground, tunnel, artificial lake etc.

2. The lengthening die lip improved the uniform orientation, reduced the expansion of die, highly improved the reaction of regulating.

3. Line of intersection for curve formed on the joint between the center manifold of die chamber and die lip can improve the flow of side directions and distributing.

4. Micro-adjustable upper die lip and changeable lower die lip for producing different thickness (1-4mm, the max. can reach to 10mm)

5. With the function of restrictor bar adjusting and be suitable for the extrusion of different materials and thickness.

We will provide you a whole set standard service with general maintenance, die clean, examination, repair, upgrade, renovate and so on. After renovates the die, it can achieve or very close to the initial standard. Every need to repair the die we will strictly according to the following steps :

1. Die remove, cleaning.

2. Inspection, evaluation and communicate with customer requirements for renovation.

3. Faded except the original chromium plating.

4. Repair damaged surface defects or change the defects in design.

5. Replace damaged parts.

6. Repairing mold body joints.

7. The mold flow channel to polish.

8. Reassemble the die.

9. Proofreading technical specification.
