Description Of BM50/100/160 :

Model BM50/100/160 series extrusion blow molding equipment with accumulator head, mainly used to produce 20-200L double layer open-top and double L ring drums. Build in high out put extrusion system and double layer accumulating type die head, in order to make the product stronger and durability. The machine adopt servo motor system and other famous brand components, not only for decrease noise but save the energy and protect the enviroment.

1. Outer layer : In dark blue color which can resisit UV and light aging, outer layer use new material to make sure all quality.
2. Inner layer : In resin color to ensure purity of contents, inner layer use recycled material fit for the RECO rules and good for enviroment friendly.

　Control System

• SIEMENS human-machine interface : Providing easily set, search, change and store the parameters, the controlling system has self-diagnosis functions, so malfunctions can be displayed on the screen.
• BECKHOFF Germany human-machine interface : Machine interface and parison programmer can adjust within 300 points.
• MOOG parison programmer : Parison control system uses MOOG 100 points passion programmer, and it uses specially designed separate hydraulic power package to control the movement of cylinder, so it has high precision.

　Extrusion and Die Head

• Our extruder screw and barrel, provide high output, smooth plastization, wearable and long life. The gear box is the kind of product specially used for plastic extrasion.
• We supply stable and different kinds of single/multi-layer continuous/accumulating type die head. Fit for customer’s requirement for different high molecular material and different no of layer.

　Blowing System

• Up-blowing unit : Use for continuous type blow molding machine.
• Bottom-blowing unit : Use for accumulating type blow molding machine.

　Output System

• Finished product take out robot.
• Together scrap collect, convey, crusher into one unit.

　Hydraulic System

• YUKEN hydraulic controlling system : Used servo-controlled technology to control the movements of actuators, has follow advantages : quickly response and highly energy-efficiency.
• Optional REXROTH and GEFRAN hydraulic system : Could save about 50% energy.

　Opening and Closing System

• Toggle struction
• Common three platen and three tie bar struction

　Lubrication System

• Auto-lubrication system can lubricate the system with a set cycle automatically.
