About the glass options:

Double glazing is the standard configuration for folding door, you can add LowE and argon gas to make it more insulated.

You can either choose Single glazing or Triple glazing based on your living condition and other reasons.

About the built in blinds:Built in blinds is applied in double glazing most of the time, it provides sun shading function and privacy function.
