1. The whole machine structure adopts four-column horizontal type and fuel tank top. It has the characteristics of new structure, neat arrangement and convenient maintenance.

2. The movable beam adopts four-point positioning, adjustable center and reasonable tooling design, which can greatly reduce production cost.

3. Different extrusion processes can be set, and the pipes with different pore diameters can be extruded by follow-up and fixed needles.

4. The hydraulic parts adopt high-flow cartridge valve system, which has good sealing performance and low temperature rise.

5. Electrical parts adopt PLC products, which are reliable and sensitive.

Key Features

Body: Main body use Q345B steel and main big parts are with welded structure, in order to make sure the quality of welding, those big parts will be processed with annealing treatment to eliminate welding deformation and stress, positioned block has been used in the joint surface between the lower platen, column, beam to prevent dislocation to guarantee the precision of installation; Four tie bar has been pre-tightened by hydraulic force, slide use eight side guiding system to reach the advantage of high adjustable precision, good rigidity. Besides, the guiding system use wear resistant bronze material, it has good wear resistance and long life use.

Cylinder: Main cylinder body use whole parts 45# quality forged steel as well as piston and plunger, surface with hardening treating, hardness can reach HRC45 or more. Seals use imported components to guarantee the sealing.

Lubrication device: Slider and hydraulic cushion rail adopt centralized intermittent oil lubrication system, it has lubricating oil level indicator and filter clogging alarm function, you can set the lubrication time on the touch screen.

Hydraulic System: The machine is equipped with the oil filtration system, when operate the machine, this system automatically circulate the oil tank filter to clean the oil; the pump and motor group and hydraulic control valve has been placed on the surface of the oil tank, main pump and motor group use horizontal installation method. At the bottom of the tank, pump inlet is equipped with a permanent magnet, remain the impurities on the permanent magnet, reducing hydraulic system failure.

Oil Tank: it is mounted on the top: tank disposed on the side of the upper platen, it has oil indicator, and with oil clogging alarm system.

Noise: According to DIN EN ISO 11202 stds measured in 1 m distance form operator working position on a height of 1.6 m for a time of 90 s.

Painting: As per customer’s requirement.
