1.What is the ASTM A182 F11 FLANGE

Alloy Steel F11 Flanges are made up of a chromium molybdenum alloy consisting chromium in a range of 20% to 40% depending on the grading. A182 F11 material solid solution annealed and therefore withstands temperatures up to 1010 degrees Celsius. The high chromium mixture enables ASTM A182 F11 Flanges to be heat resistant and corrosion resistant in higher temperatures. The A182 F11 Flanges are also very strong due to the annealing of them. ASTM A182 Grade F11 Flanges can be supplied in either normalized or quenched and tempered conditions.
