Introduction
The silicone rubber is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection moulding processes.
RH6250-65A/B can be used to produce food grade technical articles with high transparency and excellent rubber elastic properties.
Application: Suitable for the production of food grade products
such as baby breast pump, baby pacifiers, baby bottles, bottle
caps, baby tableware, baby toys and series products.
Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is a type of elastomer that is
produced by cross-linking silicone with a catalyst. It is a
two-part system, where one part contains the silicone polymer and
the other part is the catalyst. When mixed together, the two parts
react and form a rubbery material.

resistance, electrical insulation, and high tear and tensile

Process ( Injection molding process)
Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) moulding, sometimes known as Liquid
Injection Moulding (LIM), is a thermoset process of two compounds
mixed and then heat-cured inside the mould using a platinum
catalyst to create flexible silicone parts. A low compression set
and the ability to resist extreme temperatures make LSR mouldings
durable and ideal for challenging applications. LSR elastomer
offers exceptional optical clarity, durability, and design
flexibility while maintaining excellent mechanical properties
across a wide range of temperatures (-50oC to 250oC).

- The storage conditions are unmixed two-component sealed and stored at room temperature.

5. How to get good silicone mould to use longer time?
--The best way is:
1, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products.
2, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use.
3, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.
6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
