Features:
Liquild silicone rubber - RH6250, it has the characteristics of
high transparency, high strength, good resilience, small
deformation value, yellowing resistance and aging resistance.
Liquid Silicone Rubber for general purpose applications.
Producing quality parts rapidly is essential in the LSR molding
market. Liquid injection molding provides the most efficient and
economically viable process using Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR).
Elkem Silicones offers a robust general purpose product range of
LSR materials including durometers from 01-70 Shore A. These
materials are specifically designed with a fast cure and excellent
mold release as well as excellent physical and mechanical
properties.
Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is a two-part catalysis-cured
thermoset elastomer, we normally inject LSR materials into mold
cavities to produce final silicone parts. This material provides
properties not obtainable with TPE. Therefore, LSR is very
versatile in elastomer industry, it is widely applied in various
industries from consumer parts to medical devices.
Application:
Suitable for the production of food grade products such as baby
pacifiers, baby bottles, bottle tableware, baby toys, series
products, etc.
