customer's drawing, we produce and process φ1.520 guide hole
tungsten steel punch mold and D01 guide hole tungsten steel concave
mold, etc. The dimensional accuracy requirements meet 0/+0.002 and
0/-0.005. The concave mold, also called the cavity, is the main
part of the outer surface of the molded part. It can be installed
on the fixed mold or the movable mold. There are many types of
concave molds. The shapes of concave molds are round and
rectangular; the structures are integral and insert-type; and the
cutting edges are flat and beveled. The concave mold is often used
together with the punch. The composite mold has the functions of
both the punch and the concave mold.

together, and the position tolerances are required to meet the
dimensional matching requirements. The tungsten steel molds used in
high-precision molds have very high accuracy requirements, as well
as product consistency. Each male die and female die produced in
batches must strictly comply with the tolerance to ensure that the
