FRP is a composite material made up of fiberglass reinforcements
and polymer resins, FRP can also stand for Fiberglass-Reinforced
Polymer. The glass fiber provides the strength and stiffness, and
the resin provides shape and protects the fibers.
Fiber Optic Drop Cable access to the use of dish-shaped optical
cable (indoor wiring) is the optical communication unit (fiber) in
the center, placed on both sides of two parallel non-metallic
reinforcement (FRP) or metal reinforcing member, and finally
extrusion black or color poly Vinyl chloride (PVC) or LSZH (LSZH,
low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant) jacket.
FRP cable reinforcement core (Fiber Glass Rod) is a new type of
high-performance engineering composite material prepared by
pultrusion process with resin as the matrix material and glass
fiber as the reinforcing material. GFRP non-metallic cable
reinforcement overcomes the defects of traditional metal cable
reinforcements, has excellent corrosion resistance, lightning
resistance, electromagnetic field interference resistance, high
tensile strength, light weight, environmental protection, energy
saving, etc., and is widely used in a variety of fiber optic cable
