Grain Color Sorter Machine Introduction
The materials to be sorted enter the color sorter from the hopper
at the top. With the vibration of the vibrator, the materials to be
sorted slip along the channel into the observation area in the
sorting chamber and go through the sensor and background plate.
Under a light source, based on the light intensity and color
change, the system generates an output signal to drive the running
of the magnetic valve and blow the different color particles into
the waste chamber of loading hopper, and good materials fall into
the finished product chamber of loading hopper for the purpose of
sorting.
Grain Color Sorter Machine Working Principles
Granule material comes into the hopper, from there it goes into the
vibratory feeder. The feeders spread and leveled the material to a
single-layer flow along the chutes.
Two group of sensors(cameras) are installed at the two sides of the
inspecting area. The single-stream e.g. Cereal is scanned by the
sensors. The image data is delivered into signal processor. After
signal analysis, an air flow pulse is generated to blow the
unwanted material into the rejected hopper,and good material slip
into the accepted hopper due to no operation of ejectors.
