Function Introduction

1.The robotic automatic polishing machine is automatically controlled by a industrial robot,can be reprogrammed and to achieving various kinds of polishing jobs in 3D space.

3.The grinding machine has several grinding touch wheels,and in the process of grinding,the robot can control the rotating speed of the grinding machine automatically adjust the tension of the sand belt,and choose the current available touch wheels.

4.The grinding has the function of automatic position compensation.In the process of grinding,the machine detect the water of the wheels and automatically adiust the position of the wheels to compensate the position deviation of the water of the wheels.

5.The grinding wheels has the warning fuction of the brokage of sand belt,effectively get rid of the danger and waste of the idle running of the robot when the sand belt breaks.

6.We offter the offline program software for automatic grinding.Allowing you to finish the grinding programs in office thus reduce your programming time considerably.
