Workpiece is mounted on the fixture of the workpiece shaft, which is driven by a deceleration motor to rotate, and then the whole mobile workbench is pulled into the bottom of the cloth wheel by the oil cylinder at the bottom. At this time, the cloth wheel is pressed down to the workpiece surface for polishing.

6. In the polishing process, there is a swing cylinder under the moving table to drive it to swing, so as to eliminate the effect of wear marks.

7. Whole process is automatically controlled by PLC.

8. Worker only need to install the workpiece, press the button, after finishing polishing the workpiece can be removed.
