For terms of Warranty, Guarantee:

1 year (12 months) from the date of shipment.

During warranty time, due to quality and workmanship problem,defects, we change the parts for free; after 1 year, we charge it at the cost: like if you need our technician to your factory, the tickets, visa, transport and food etc. For more details please refer to the Technical Specifications term: X: WARRANTY

2.2 Training service, We provide different stages training courses:

2.2.1 In our factory site, before machine’s delivery. We can provide installation, maintenance, repair, how to edit program, operations etc.

2.2.2 In your factory site, after machine’s assemble, training’s available as your request. However, 12 days for free, after 12 days, we charge 200USD per day/technician.

2.3 After-sales-service, we do not have agency in Iran, we send our technician to your site, or we guide you through internet, videos, Email.
