WQ-W5500 is a polymer resin water and oil repellent coating emulsion. Recommended
for food contact paper.

Performance Features
1.It imparts excellent oil and water repellency to paper surfaces,
while also being recyclable and non-toxic to humans. Furthermore,
it provides an effective barrier against hot water and hot oils,
making it a suitable alternative to PE films.
2.The recommended drying conditions are a temperature of 100–150 °C and a duration of 20–30 seconds.
3.It exhibits excellent peel strength and anti-blocking properties.
4.The product has an absorption rate of 2–3 g/m² within 300 seconds and 4–6 g/m² within 1800 seconds. It demonstrates a Kit rating of 9 for grease resistance without loss of gloss, and a rating of 12 without any penetration.
Packaging and Storage Condition
Blue plastic drum, net weight: 50 kg/drum, 120 kg/drum
Keep it in a cool and closed place, and pay attention to
anti-freezing.
The shelf life of the original package is 12 months at room
temperature. Once the
container is opened, it is recommended to use it within a short
period of time.
