2K epoxy raw material combination consisting of WL-AD203 epoxy dispersion and WL-AC040 water-based epoxy curing agent. The coating
produced by this combination has the characteristics of rapid surface drying, salt spray resistance of
more than 300 hours, and initial water resistance of more than 15 days. It is a low-cost, cost-effective 2K epoxy
ideal combination for metal primers.
According to the customer needs of the automotive parts coatings,
based on the two- component epoxy primer produced by the above materials, we chose a
topcoat produced with a one- component acrylic resin to form a set of primer and topcoat
material systems for the anti-corrosion and anti-rust requirements of metal accessories such as automobile axles,
frames, and chassis, which well meets the material needs of coating manufacturers.
