PerformanceFeatures
Uniform particles, easy to disperse, high hardness, is an excellent
additive for high- performance coatings.
Suitable for offset printing ink, solvent-based flexographic ink,
solvent-based gravure ink, it can greatly improve the wear
resistance of solvent-based ink, reduce the friction coefficient of
ink, benzene-soluble ink, alcohol soluble ink and ester soluble ink
have good adaptability.
It can improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance of
various surface coatings, and can be used in wood paint, plastic
paint, steel coating and other fields.
It can be used in powder coatings, and the addition amount of less
than 3 parts per thousand can increase the hardness of powder
coatings, increase the performance of scratch resistance and wear
resistance, and can assist extinction in powder coatings. It does
not smoke at all during the baking process at 200℃.
Packaging and Storage Condition

Keep it in a cool and closed place, and pay attention to
anti-freezing.
The shelf life of the original package is 24 months at room
temperature. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use
it within a short period of time.
Add amount and use method
In different systems, the amount of wax powder added is generally
between 0.5-3%.
It can usually be directly dispersed in solvent-based coatings and
inks by means of high-speed stirring.
It can be added by various grinding machines and high shear
dispersion equipment, and the grinding temperature should be
controlled when using the grinding machine.
It can be pre-dispersed to prepare a wax slurry with a wax powder
concentration of 20-30%, which can be added to the system when
needed
The dispersion time of wax powder can be reduced.
