Product Introduction
WL-PU1200 is a water-based anionic aliphatic hot-melt polyurethane resin, which is widely used in vacuum suction plastics, PVC paste wood, plastic, etc., and can also be used for bonding between fabrics.

Performance:
- Low activation temperature;
- The construction temperature is low, the initial viscosity is strong, and the final strength is excellent;
- Excellent temperature resistance and yellowing resistance.
Application
- WL-PU1200 is widely used in vacuum suction plastic, PVC paste wood, plastic, etc. It can also be used for bonding between fabrics, with hot melt powder for better effect.
- With a crosslinking agent, it can further improve the bond strength, washing fastness and temperature resistance. The hot pressing temperature is recommended to be >60℃, and it is recommended to increase the hot pressing temperature when the weather is cold. It can be compounded with EVA emulsion (need to adjust the PH value of EVA emulsion to 8-9).
Packaging and Storage Condition
WL-PU1200 water-based polyurethane must be sealed and stored. It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-35 degrees Celsius. Freezing is strictly prohibited. Do not mix with cationic substances and paints.
