PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

Water based putty for interior & exterior use on walls and ceilings. Properties. This product uses international leading technology and is refined with imported acrylic emulsion, functional additives and ultra-fine fillers. It is water-based, non-toxic, odorless, safe, and non-polluting. It will never add substances harmful to human health-formaldehyde, benzene . The putty layer is delicate and smooth, anti-mildew, alkali-proof and breathable, high bonding strength, good anti-cracking performance, simple construction, easy to scrape and polish. It is a healthy and environmentally friendly product for smoothing the surface of interior decoration walls. Specially used for interior wall decoration such as concrete, cement mortar, gypsum board, covers cracks on interior & exterior walls and ceilings and creates a hard wearing, flat surface.

APPLICATION METHED:

A. The base layer should be solid and smooth, free of impurities, and oil stains. The surface of the powdered and peeled base layer should be cleaned. The base layer with strong absorption (such as old walls) should be treated with a sealer first;
B. It must be fully stirred after opening.
C. Tools: spatula, scraper, putty knife.
D. Dry film thickness: In order to avoid cracking and peeling due to excessive shrinkage of the putty, the thickness should not be too thick at one time. The thickness should be 0.5~1.0 mm (total thickness not exceeding 3 mm), and the interval between each layer is more than 4 hours (drying time) It will vary with the environmental temperature and humidity). After each layer of putty is dry, it must be polished to be smooth and delicate (the best polishing time is 24 hours after the putty is scraped).
E. Reference theoretical value of consumption: 1~1.53.0~3.5kg/m2/triple.
F. Application conditions: application at 5~35℃ and relative humidity below 85%.
G. After all the tools are used up, they should be washed with clean water immediately.

STORAGE:

It should be stored in a cool, clean and dry place at 5 ~ 35 ℃, and the remaining paint should be sealed to prevent deterioration caused by impurities. If the product is not opened and properly preserved, the storage period is more than 12 months.
