Introduction of Cylindrical pin:

The common materials of pin shaft 1,45 steel GB/ T699-1999 standard specifies that the tensile strength of 45 steel is 600 MPa, the yield strength is 355 MPa, the elongation is 16%, the section shrinkage rate is 40%, and the impact power is 39J.

45 steel is the common material of shaft parts, and it can get better cutting performance after quenching and tempering (or normalizing), and can obtain the comprehensive mechanical properties such as high strength and toughness, and the surface hardness can reach 45-52 HRC after quenching. 40Cr and other alloy structural steel is suitable for shaft parts with high precision and higher rotating speed, and the steel has better comprehensive mechanical properties after being tempered and quenched.
