Application:
overhead insulated cable aerial bundled cable xlpe insulated with neutral provides higher level of safety and reliability, lower power losses and ultimate system economy by reducing installation, maintenance and operative cost. are designed to supply 600/1000 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, as a service drop (power pole to service entrance), as a secondary cable (pole to pole) or street lighting.
Construction:
1. Conductor: Compact aluminium 1350, class 2.
2. Insulation: Cross linked polyethylene XLPE.
3. Insulated neutral messenger: AAAC - All Alloy Aluminium 6201,
XLPE insulated depends on the actual needs of customer.
Main characteristics of overhead insulated cable aerial bundled
cable xlpe insulated with neutral
Decreases energy theft, cross-linked polyethylene allows more
current capacity and high insulation resistance, lower inductive
reactance than with bare conductors, used in overhead distribution
lines. Increased safety due to its mechanical strength and
toughness of the insulation. Insulators are not necessary for
installation. Resistance to abrasion, weather and sunlight.
