Application :
Aerial Bundle Cable, known as ABC cable is a very good option for overhead power distribution compared to the conventional bare conductor overhead cable. Used for primary and secondary overhead distribution where limited space is available or desirable for rights of way.
Characteristics:
1. Long-term working temperature of the cable:
PVC insulation<=75ºC;
PE insulation<=70ºC;
XLPE insulation <=90ºC;
2. The highest temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5 seconds):
PVC insulation<=160ºC;
PE insulation<=150ºC;
XLPE insulation <=250ºC.
3. Cable laying temperature >=-20ºC
PVC insulation<=75ºC;
PE insulation<=70ºC;
XLPE insulation <=90ºC;
