0.6/1kv RV-K Flexible Cable Cu/XLPE/PVC Monopolar Power Cable IEC60502-1
Application:
RV-K cable can be buried or installed in conduit as well as
outdoors without requiring additional protection. They are suitable
for all types of Low Voltage (LV) industrial-type connections,
including urban grids and building installations with a voltage
rating of 600/1000V. Its high flexibility makes the installation
process substantially easier and, as a result, is particularly
suitable for use in difficult layouts.
Construction:
Conductors:Class 5 as per IEC 60228, BS EN 60228 can also be supplied upon
request.
Insulation:XLPE material and thickness shall be as per IEC 60502 or BS 5467
rated for 90°C continuous operation.
Outer Sheath: Outer sheath shall be of Extruded PVC Type ST2 as per IEC 60502-1 or Type 9 as BS 6346/5467.
Special type of PVC sheathing material such as Fire Retardant PVC,
Anti-Termite PVC, Anti-Rodent PVC, Sunlight resistant PVC, Oil
Resistant PVC are available on special request. Also, special
sheathing materials such as LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LSF, CPE are
available on request.
Cable structure:
0.6/1kV Single Core or Multi Cores, Circular Compacted Al or
Cu/PVC/PVC armoured or Un-Armoured Power Cable.
Characteristics:
1.The long-term permissible operation temperature of the conductor
shall not be higher than 70℃.
2. Conductor maximum short circuit((less than 5 second) temperature
shall not be higher than 160℃.
3. The cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and
the environment temperature shall not be lower than 0℃.
4. Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis,
grease and organic solvents, and flame retardance.
5. Light weight, perfect bending properties, installed and
maintained easily and conveniently.
