Adsorption Dryers Compressor
⊙ Introduce
The use of Adsorption Compressed Air Dryer removes the condensate
from the air, preventing any damage to the compressed air
distribution system. They protect the production process from
moisture and particulate. They are particularly appreciated in
process plants.
Designed for use in the compressor room, at the point of
application or integrated into an original equipment.
⊙ Working Principle of Adsorption Dryer
A large number of air compressor from the inflow of imported
diameter, through air control valve: the two entered a drying tower
in the bottom, when the air flow to the tower, one of the Humidity
will be by suction alumina desiccant stem. So, it will enable the
discharge of the air compressor dew point temperature dropped to
-40℃,and reached a dehumidification effect. The entire system takes

other tower is renewable and clean only 4.5 minutes, continued

How it works?
The compression heat series dryer using the high heat,high
un-saturation air from air compressor to heat the desiccant,it
saves not only the power consumption,but also the air consumption
compared to the heated purge dryer.The original compressed air goes
to the water cooling system after heating,and then enters into the
tower to absorb to dried air. We use 1.5% of finished air to purge
the heated desiccant,switching between two towers.
⊙ High efficiency heat exchanger
➤ Adopting high strength thick copper pipe and oxygen-free welding
with quotient silver content electrode; long service life and high
heat transfer efficiency.
➤ Adopting anaerobic welding method, the system is free of
impurities and keeps the system clean. The whole series of copper
tubes are manufactured by mechanical expansion, which are closely
combined with fins, with low heat transfer impedance and high heat
transfer efficiency.
➤ The coil is cleaned by sound wave and there is no residual oil. It
is not easy for eel slices to stick dust, and no carbonization
occurs during welding.
➤ Adopt the anaerobic welding method to ensure the cleanliness of
the system.

The heatless adsorption compressed air dryer (no heat dryer) is an
adsorption drying device. Its function is to remove the moisture in
the air through the principle of pressure swing adsorption, so as
to achieve the purpose of drying air. The heatless regenerative
dryer can adsorb some component characteristics by adsorption
porous surface, and adsorb the moisture in the air to the sorbent
cavity, so as to remove the moisture in the air. When the
adsorption is worked for a certain time, the adsorbents will reach
the saturated adsorption equilibrium, and the adsorbents need to be
regenerated with the dry gas near the normal pressure to restore
the adsorbability of the adsorbents. Because the adsorbent can be
adsorbed and recycled, the heatless regeneration dryer can run
continuously and safely.
